Dudes in Oregon have been doing this a lot lately. Open carrying to intentionally encounter police in order to assert their second amendment rights. You’d have to be a particular kind of privileged to want to draw the police to you while carrying a loaded AR-15. I’m a white guy and do my best to avoid police. They have a tendency to escalate situations.
